Only Veg may let you photograph or upload food packaging / ingredient text and may show a green or red indicator, remaining daily scans, and public usage counts.

We do not claim that any result, colour indicator, classification, scan count, or message is accurate, complete, current, or error-free. Results can be wrong because of image quality, language, OCR mistakes, incomplete labels, hidden ingredients, recipe changes, trade names, chemical names, processing aids, cross-contamination, or software limits.
THE SERVICE AND ALL RESULTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITH NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME PLACES DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS; IN THOSE PLACES, OUR WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

After the first online setup/download, some features may work offline on your device. You are responsible for your device security, storage, browser permissions (including camera), and for keeping the installed files updated when online. Offline results remain subject to all disclaimers in this document.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to process images and text you submit as needed to operate, secure, improve, and protect the Service. Do not upload unlawful content or content you have no right to use. Labels and brand names belong to their owners; Only Veg is not affiliated with those brands unless we expressly say so.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE (AND OUR OWNERS, OPERATORS, DEVELOPERS, HOSTS, CONTRACTORS, AND SUPPLIERS) ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR PERSONAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR ANY RESULT — WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY — EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED THAT SUCH LOSS WAS POSSIBLE.

IF YOU USE ONLY THE FREE SERVICE, THAT AMOUNT IS USD 0, AND WHERE LAW ALLOWS, OUR LIABILITY IS ZERO BEYOND ANY NON-EXCLUDABLE RIGHTS.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without liability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, including offline mode, email delivery, captcha providers, or hosting uptime.
We process account data (such as email), security logs, usage counts, and technical data needed to run authentication, limits, abuse prevention, and statistics. Do not submit sensitive personal data you do not want processed. A fuller privacy notice may be published separately; until then, this section and our legitimate operation of the Service govern.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer laws in your country give you non-waivable rights — those rights remain.
Courts at the Operator’s principal place of business have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law requires otherwise for consumers. You and we will first try in good faith to resolve a dispute informally within 30 days after written notice.
If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. An unenforceable part will be modified to the minimum extent required to make it enforceable while preserving its intent.
